Content: I've been working a bit on this story about a visit to a nursery - its all consensually based. ChatGPT can produce some good stuff if taught properly!

I'd welcome thoughts from people here - its done in 3rd then 1st person perspective from the story and the two characters viewpoints (Peter - ABDL, Natalie - Nanny). I am slowly working this into a much longer form ABDL story, so useful to test what people think if it works or not! My initial thoughts are it doesn't like long paragraphs, but we can work on that! Some continuity errors, but to be honest I think it reads reasonably well for an AI led article.

Context - this is a design for an early scene where the male lead (Peter) is nappied for the first time by the nanny in charge of the nursery (Natalie). Its designed to reflect the loss of status and control as the nappy is pulled over and taped down for the first time.

Scene: The Change

The nursery air was still. Filtered sunlight spilled in through pastel curtains, casting a quiet glow across the plastic-sheened surface of the changing table. Peter lay on his back, legs splayed slightly apart, the skin of his inner thighs prickling with exposure. The soft, crinkling rustle beneath him reminded him—impossibly, undeniably—where he was: bare-bottomed on the nursery changing mat, ankles just brushing the cartoon edge of a folded towel, his naked form stretched out, waiting. Underneath him, the open disposable nappy was thick and white, impossibly wide between the legs, its plastic surface cool and strangely textured beneath his damp skin.

His hands had been mittened earlier. Soft, fleecy, useless. He couldn’t hide himself even if he wanted to. Not that there was anything left to hide.

Natalie stood above him, calm and certain. Her dark uniform was pressed perfectly, her hair pinned in that signature sweep behind one ear. She was the image of grown-up order, of adult femininity—while Peter, now, was the picture of its opposite. Naked. Unshaven. Flushed in the face. His chastity cage rested quietly between his legs, looking more like an embarrassing plastic ornament than a piece of hardware now. Trapped. Unreachable. And soon—covered.

She held the front of the nappy in both hands, her fingers gripping the crinkly waistband. But she hadn’t moved yet. Not the final motion. Not the moment he knew was coming.

Instead, she just looked at him. Not cruelly. Not kindly. But with the unshakable confidence of someone who was utterly, inescapably, in charge.

“Well now,” she said softly. “This is the part where things change.”

Peter blinked up at her, his mouth dry. His chest rose and fell with tight, shallow breaths. The moment had arrived. Not the joke. Not the fantasy. The real thing. The nappy beneath him was open, flat—he could still pretend, if he really had to, that this was just for play.

But the moment she brought the front up… the illusion would break. The game would end. And something else—something deeper—would begin.

Natalie let the nappy hang lightly in her hands, the inner padding facing him. The inside was textured with a soft, quilted liner—he could smell it now, faintly sweet, powdery, sterile. The front panel was printed with pastel animals and faded blue bears. A nursery design. Infantile. Designed not for him—but for the role he was about to accept.

“You’ve been told this would happen,” she continued, matter-of-factly. “You asked for it. Again and again, didn’t you?”

Peter couldn’t answer. He nodded. Barely.

Natalie tilted her head just slightly. “And yet now look at you. Blushing like a little boy on the mat, legs apart, willy caged, about to be put back into nappies for real. Not ‘trying one on.’ Not ‘just for fun.’ But properly, fully, nappied.”

She paused again, then slowly brought the nappy forward, resting the front between his legs. The cool, pillowy bulk settled against his cage and lower abdomen with a firm weight. Peter felt the shock of contact. His breath caught.

The front of the nappy was up now.

It wasn’t under him anymore. It was on him.

“This,” Natalie said, leaning down just slightly, her voice lower and closer to his face, “is the moment we cross the line.”

She gently adjusted the fit, cupping the front of the nappy with her palm as she drew it snug. The bulk pressed against his skin, enclosing him. The scent of powder mingled with her perfume. She didn’t tape it yet—but just holding it there was enough. Peter could feel the pressure against his groin, the way it muffled and subdued every sensation.

“It’s not your body anymore,” she continued. “Not the way it was. This little caged thing between your legs? It’s not for touching. It’s not for playing. It’s certainly not for deciding.”

Her hand gave the front of the nappy a light pat. Not unkind. But conclusive.

“From now on,” she said, “this bit of you is for wetting. And messing. And being wiped clean. When I decide. How I decide.”

Peter’ lip trembled. His eyes darted toward the ceiling, as if searching for some solid thing to anchor himself to. But there was only the soft overhead light, the nursery music faint through the monitor, and Natalie’s firm grip on the thick padding now cupping him.

“You’re not a man here,” she added. “Not even close. You’re not even allowed to ask me when you’ll be changed. That’s not your role anymore, is it?”

Peter gave a tiny whimper. Not words. Just a small, pitiful sound of shame and awareness.

Natalie’s eyebrows lifted slightly, but she didn’t look surprised. If anything, she looked amused.

“Whimpering?” she said gently, mock-pity softening her voice. “Oh sweetheart. You’ll need to get used to this very quickly. Nanny knows best. Isn’t that what you agreed?”

His mouth opened, then closed. There was nothing he could say.

Natalie began to smooth the front of the nappy, her fingers sweeping along the waistband, preparing the tapes. Peter could feel his pulse thudding in his throat. He wasn’t just lying on it anymore. He was inside it. His lower body was already swaddled in the first half of babyhood, and in moments, he’d be sealed inside it.

And then… it would be real.

Not roleplay. Not pretend. The moment the tapes fastened, he would no longer be someone who had tried a nappy.

He would be someone who wore them. Because he needed to. Because he had no say.

The padding was snug around his hips now. The coolness was fading, replaced with the soft press of warmth as the air was shut out.

Natalie gave his inner thigh a tap with her fingertip. “Legs a bit wider for me, darling. That’s it.”

He obeyed. Automatically. Submissively.

“I’m going to tape this up now,” she said softly. “And you’re going to lie here and let me. Because you’re not in charge anymore.”

Peter swallowed hard. His whole body trembled slightly.

Natalie reached for the tapes.

And the world shifted.

Peter First Person
The mat was cold beneath my back—slightly squishy, gently padded, and covered in something wipeable that stuck to my damp skin with every tiny movement. I’d never laid like this before. Not truly. Not completely. And not with everything bare. My knees were bent slightly, my thighs open, my caged privates exposed to the quiet, pastel air of the nursery.

I heard the crinkle before I felt it. The sound of plastic being unfolded, stretched, snapped gently into place. And then Natalie’s voice—calm, grounded, matter-of-fact:

"Bottom up, Peter."

It wasn’t cruel. It wasn’t even forceful. Just inevitable.

I lifted my hips—awkwardly, self-consciously—and felt the thick swell of the disposable being pushed beneath me. It met my lower back with a cool, cushioned pressure, then rustled faintly as she tugged it forward to settle beneath the base of my spine. My bottom came down onto the padding like it was the most natural thing in the world. But I knew it wasn’t. I was an adult. I’d used toilets. I’d worn boxers, briefs, even nothing at all. But this?

This was a nappy. A proper one. Thick. White. Decorated with pastel animals on the landing zone. And soon—it would be mine.

She straightened the wings, adjusted the bulk beneath me. It was thicker than I expected—wide between the thighs, soft but assertive, like it had a purpose. My skin drank in the sensation. The air felt colder by contrast. My caged privates rested limply on the open padding, and I tried—stupidly, shamefully—to angle my hips so I could cover myself. But the mittens made that impossible. I had no hands. No modesty.

Natalie didn’t comment. She didn’t need to. I could feel the control in every movement she made.

Then she stepped to the front of the mat and looked down at me. Her arms crossed briefly, the disposable still open and waiting beneath me. Her eyes met mine.

"Do you understand what this is, Peter?" she asked quietly.

I swallowed. My lips moved but no words came.

She leaned slightly forward, and I watched her hands curl around the top front of the nappy. Still unfolded. Still waiting.

"This is the moment," she said, "where it stops being something you’re lying on—and becomes something you’re wearing."

My heart thudded.

"When I pull this up between your legs," she continued, "it becomes real. It becomes yours. It wraps around your little caged bits and seals them away. And from that moment, they’re no longer your concern."

The words hit me like ice water.

She was right. That was the line. The before and the after.

Her hands moved. Slowly. Gently. She brought the thick front panel forward and up, letting it graze the insides of my thighs as it rose. I felt it press into my groin, moulding itself against my helplessness, enclosing the cage in softness and padding. It was cool at first—then warm, as my body accepted it.

My breath hitched.

She held it there, not taping yet. Just holding it. Letting me feel the weight of it. The promise.

"This is your new normal, Peter," she said softly. "Thick, crinkly nappies. For wees and poos. For lying still while I clean you. For staying soft and babyish and out of control."

I whimpered. Not a full cry. Not even a protest. Just a pathetic, babyish noise.

Her eyes narrowed with a faint, amused glint. "Oh? Whimpering already? We haven’t even taped it up yet. You’d better get used to this, little one. Nanny knows best."

I wanted to argue. To run. To cover myself. But I lay still. The padding hugged me. My legs had fallen further apart. My cheeks burned.

She reached for the tapes.

And I understood.

It was happening. No escape. No delay.

The front was up.

And I was no longer pretending.

Natalie First Person
He was still. Staring up at the ceiling with that lost, frightened look he got when the last threads of fantasy had burned away. The room was so quiet I could hear the slight tremble in his breath—the catch of embarrassment in the back of his throat. Good. That silence was part of it. The soft whirr of the baby monitor. The faint creak of the vinyl beneath him. The moment before the front of the nappy came up. The moment when it was still something he was lying on, not something he was inside. Not yet. Not quite. And yet, I could already see it happening behind his eyes—the slow, reluctant surrender.

The thick disposable in my hands was heavier than most. Not in weight, but in meaning. I held it with the same easy precision I always did—pinching the front by the waistband with both hands, fingers fanning out across the pastel-printed plastic, letting it dangle just a little in the air so it caught his eye. It always worked. That moment of stillness, of visual contact. Him, lying there naked and exposed. Me, holding his new uniform. And not just any nappy. A proper one. Wide between the thighs, thick through the gusset, dense enough to absorb an adult accident—not once, but again and again. And it would. That was the point.

I glanced down at him, stretched out like a ragdoll, his little cage resting quietly between his legs. Caged, mittened, mute. He’d asked for this. Repeatedly. Desperately. With trembling politeness and staged resistance. Oh, he’d protested at first. What if it’s too much? What if I hate it? What if I can’t go through with it?

But I knew what he wanted. It was never about comfort. It was about control. Or rather, the absence of it. He wanted to be told when to sit. When to eat. When to wee. And eventually—when to fill his nappy like a proper baby. It was the final wall. Not the act itself, but the context. Not in a toilet. Not in private. But in a nappy. In front of me. Because I had told him to.

And here he was.

I let the front of the nappy drift up a little closer, just enough for it to brush the underside of his cage, the smooth padded lining barely whispering against his skin. He flinched—sweetly, subtly—his hips shifting in reaction to that ghost of pressure. I didn’t speak. Not yet. I wanted him to feel it fully—the coolness of the padding, the weight of inevitability, the distance between his old life and this one shrinking to a few inches of soft plastic being pulled upward.

He couldn’t see himself now, of course. But I could. And what I saw was this: a grown man lying flat on his back, flushed and helpless, about to be taped into something that even toddlers graduate from. The front of the nappy looked ridiculously large on him, but that was the point. He didn’t need subtle. He needed obvious. Infantilising. Publicly humiliating. Something thick enough to remind him of his place every time he crawled, waddled, or wet himself.

I watched the moment stretch—his face pinched, his breathing shallow. The bulk of the nappy between his thighs had already pushed them apart slightly, forcing his posture into something passive and open. Once I pulled it up and taped it in place, that position wouldn’t just be momentary. It would be permanent. Designed. Controlled.

I gave the front a gentle pat, feeling the softness of the inner lining press against the caged lump of his privates. Such a ridiculous little thing now. That pathetic, plastic-locked nub. Pointless. Decorative. Barely even acknowledged anymore except as something to be cleaned and powdered. I could have made a show of mocking it, but I didn’t need to. The nappy would do that for me.

And what did he get in return? Humiliation, yes—but also safety. Permission to let go. I understood it. More than he thought. There was something deeply primitive about it, wasn’t there? The act of surrendering bladder and bowel control to someone else. Not even needing to ask. Just doing it, and knowing someone else would take care of the mess. Someone who would decide when to strip you, wipe you, change you. Not in some rushed, adult way. But in the methodical, ritualised routine I’d made my own.

Still, the contrast always struck me. Here I stood, dry, dressed, dignified, able to excuse myself to the proper toilet whenever I pleased. I had used it this morning, in fact. I’d locked the nursery door behind me, sat down like an adult woman, and relieved myself in peace—no fuss, no loss of dignity. And here he was, about to be sealed into padding so thick he’d forget what air felt like on his skin. The next time he needed to go, it would be in here. No asking. No dignity. Just silence. And then a squish.

I glanced at the folded wipes, the cream, the powder. So neat. So prepared. All waiting to greet him once his babyhood truly began.

I knew he wouldn’t mess himself today. Not yet. But I was already planning it. His first accident. The real one. The one that would tell him his toilet privileges weren’t just suspended—they were gone. He’d be confused. Then ashamed. Then aroused. Then ashamed again.

And I’d be calm. As always. Just as I was now.

My eyes flicked down again to the front panel still held loosely in my fingers. I adjusted it higher, letting the edge press against his lower belly. Soon, the tapes would fasten, and it would be done. His manhood—if it could even be called that anymore—would be enclosed in absorbent fluff and printed plastic.

But not before I gave him something to remember.

I made a note to myself. After his first full mess, I would sit him at my feet while I used the toilet in front of him. Grown-up on the loo. Baby on the floor, legs apart, crinkling, red-faced in his dirty nappy. Watching. Smelling. Learning. That’s what control looked like. That’s what adulthood had left behind. It would break something inside him. Just a little. But it would also complete something too.

Because this wasn’t punishment. Not really. It was structure. And babies needed structure.

He looked so endearingly pathetic like this. Every detail added to it. The slight pudge of his tummy rising and falling. The way his legs rested open without him realising. The pinkness of his cheeks, the tiny twitch of his lip. He wasn’t just ready for babyhood.

He already looked the part.

And now it was time.

“Legs up,” I said softly.

He obeyed.

I brought the front of the nappy up. Slowly. Deliberately. So that he would feel the moment of no return in every inch of motion.

And then, smiling faintly, I reached for the first tape.
