Content: Undertale is a very nice game that generated an active community and a gazillion of fanarts and fanfics. I won't describe the synopsis of the game, if you played the game, you remember it, and even if you didn't play it, you might have encountered fanfictions on this game, there are like 10000 occurences on ao3 for example. All styles and audiences.

In particular, since the game has some fluffy familal moments (with Toriel at the ruins or with the end of the game), some fanfictions also revolve around the "fluff/slice of life" category.

My question is : there are many undertale sweet fanfictions, and many cute ABDL stories. Did anyone try a mix of the two? I am not talking about furry-like ABDL inspired by undertale, it may exist, but it is not really the point of the post. I am talking about a human child dealing with their bedwetting.

The answer is : yes there are, but not many : I can recall mainly two very good fanfictions that revolve around Frisk wetting the bed and ending up diapered.

And now... Here is the first two chapters of mine ! It is my first fic, and I am not a native speaker. But I do my best !

I) Fallen down.

The fresh golden flowers were tickling a young kid’s nose; it was more than enough to wake anyone, let alone a kid with troubled sleep…

“Atchoooo! Snirf…”

Still groggy from their little nap, the human rubbed their eyes and stood up yawning without even putting their hand on their mouth (nobody was there, so it was not rude right? Right? )

Looking at the weak light peeking out of the ceiling, they mumbled.

“Shoot…I remember now, I’ve fallen down”

Suddenly, they seemed worried, checking the front of their pants, as if something was missing or was unexpected. After having checked for an unrealistic amount of time, they sighed, somehow relieved.

“At least, still dry…”

The most urgent things having been dealt with, it was time to inspect the place where they had ended up. Squeezing their eyes inefficiently, they finally acknowledged there was not enough light to see clearly what was happening. The only thing they could distinguish was the golden flower that made a quite decent bed.

“More comfy than usual, goodbye flowers, gotta go…”

The kid almost added “gotta go pee”. It was not that urgent, but it was going to be, and weak bladders needed frequent releases. Of course, they could just do their business in front of a wall, but the cave seemed quite impressive and fancy. Feeling scrupulous about those beautiful ruins, they didn’t feel like peeing on the wall like some of the tipsy people that would pee in the street after some football evening. They could wait for a bathroom, they were a big kid after all!

Walking in a way they wanted to make look like they weren’t holding their bladder, Frisk entered the underground’s door, surrounded with columns. They squeezed their crotch, as if as it could make the need to go potty go away.

They almost lost the control when they saw a flower in front of them. Not really a flower, more like a cartoonish flower, like the ones we see in some animated movie. As if it wasn’t weird enough, the flower started to talk.

“Golly, you’re new to the underground aint’cha? Let me help you understand…”

Honestly, the rest was quite blurry for frisk the shock to hear a non-human being start to talk, the exhaustion to have walked for a long time, and the bladder emergency didn’t help Frisk to be attentive to the weird flower’s speech. They only caught some facts about the ghostly heart appearing on their chest and that the flower’s name was Flowey.

“Here it is, grab the friendliness pellets!”

Frisk didn’t know why, but they avoided the pellets. Perhaps it was the nasty smile Flowey displayed, or because being targeted by anything was usually a bad thing (Frisk was used to those mechanics, they already played video games, when their foster siblings allowed them to, they also played dodgeball). Anyways, Flowey got annoyed by the child’s lack of obedience, and tried to summon the suspiscious pellets once again, that Frisk avoided again.

“RUN, IN THE BULLETS… erm friendliness pellets”

Vines suddenly grabbed Frisk’s little legs, the poor child was now terrified, they knew the Flower could not be believed, and now they were at their mercy! Begging for sympathy, they thrashed and kicked their legs to be freed, but they stopped, because their bladder were soon going to give up.

When Flowey targeted them directly, and hit them, the child let out a heartbreaking shout, it was it. Legends were true, children never came back from mt Ebbot’s hole, and they were going to die the same way than them, under some silly flower’s teasing…

“In this world, it’s kill or be killed…”

The mean flower couldn’t finish their sentence that they were already kicked out by a fireball. Without being asked twice, the half burned flower disappeared under the ground, freeing Frisk from the tight vines that were biding them. The child was lying on the ground, shaking and crying.

“What an awful creature, torturing a poor and innocent youth, don’t worry, I am Toriel, caretaker of the ruins, and I’ll help you through the underground”

Frisk clumsily stood up, still coping with the recent events. Two hours ago, they were a child from Ebbott town, and now, they discovered the monsters from the old legends, got injured by one, and saved by another.

The child rubbed their teary eyes, they had let out a tear because of the pain inflicted by the friendliness pellets, but it wasn’t their biggest problem currently: on the front of their short, a huge wet spot had appeared, and the big goat lady had seen that.

Frisk had wet their pants, an event that happened more often than the kid would admit. Weak bladder, or distracted nature, Frisk often needed a quick change of underwear, much to their caretaker’s annoyance and the other children’s teasing. Of course, Frisk knew they had such problems, but why did it have to happen for the first interaction with a new and unknown creature? Was they going to enter the legend as a pee-smelling brat ?

“I I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to… It it was an accident I swear…”

Their eyes grew teary again, and it was not because of the pain inflicted by Flowey. Not only the situation was humiliating, but the child was hungry, tired, and cold because of the fresh autumn evening, cold because of the cool ruins, and cold from the humidity of their pants. Their skin itched, their feet ached, and they managed to scratch their knees more than once. Too much to handle for a young child, and the tears soon transformed into uncontrollable sobs.

II) First steps with Toriel.

For all answer, Toriel kneeled down, to be able to look at the poor human kid in the eyes. Aware that some human children can be uncomfortable with unannounced hugs, she opened her arms, letting the child chose between a comforting hug and some other ways of being cheered up.

At this point, Frisk didn’t really care about Toriel’s subtle strategy to make them comfy, the adult would just kneel and offer some warmth, so Frisk didn’t wait to be asked twice, and entered the hug without question. The caregivers of the orphanage would often tell it was dangerous to talk to strangers, but the goat lady didn’t look creepy unlike the flower.

Toriel didn’t talk much; neither did Frisk, until the sobs were more controlled. Once the kid had smoothened themselves, they broke the hug and looked at the goat lady, drying up their eyes and nose with their sleeve, it was dirty and rude but they didn’t pack any napkin. A feel of guilt twitched their guts when they saw a damp spot was visible on the goat lady’s dress, gosh they had dirtied her beautiful purple robe!

She didn’t notice it, or made as if as she didn’t. Frisk bit their lips. They felt bad for not warning her, but at the same time, they didn’t want to be scolded or to disappoint the kind lady. For now, they could not bear being lectured, and wanted to avoid any embarrassing discussion.

“Let’s get you cleaned up shall we? Do not worry my child, I have spare clothes at home, and a huge bathtub so you can clean yourself, wash out the mess, and forget about that awful thing of a flower”

Frisk didn’t follow her at first, in spite of her nice smile and the hand she was offering. He had read “The little Red Riding Hood” or “Tom Thumb”.

“Are… Are you going to eat me because I have been a brat?”

Oh yeah, it was happening again. Frisk’s reaction was expected. Toriel knew humans didn’t really remember monsters as a real thing, but as myths and legends, they still nurtured their child’s books and fictions. No matter the kid reacted this way as humans were.
Chara was too tired and had a bad injury, so they didn’t openly express their fears, but it took weeks before they’d believe them.
Marine stayed in the first room for days, and Toriel had to win her trust by regularly bringing food to her, and even so, she had to wait for the human girl overcome her fear to be poisoned. Clover tried to shoot her with his toy gun, before apologizing to her a few days after.

“You are a clever kid; you surely have a good knowledge of nature, what kind of animal do I look like to you? I mean the animals you find on the surface?

Frisk hesitated, would it be rude to call her a “goat”? They felt somehow proud to be called intelligent, and as so, he wanted to answer the question.

“No worries my child, I won’t be mad to be compared to an animal…”

“You kinda look like a… Goat ?”

“Perfect, I knew you had a good sense of observation. Maybe you don’t know that already, if you do, you can be proud of yourself. Do you know what carnivores and herbivores are”

“Of course” The kid answered, quite enthusiastic. They had seen it in science, and it was interesting. Even if he didn’t get the occasion to see a lot of animals in nature or in a farm.

“Herbivorous eat grass an’ veggies, Caniv… Carnivorous eat meat”

Toriel nodded, genuinely proud of the clever kid “And goats are ?”

“Herbivorous ! They don’t eat meat”

“Exactly, congratulations. So do I eat meat ?” When Frisk happily shaked their head, she knew they were a bit less tense. Kids like when their knowledge is valorised.

“And I don’t eat kids either, and no monsters here eat young humans. Do not worry a bout this. Besides, I don’t think you are a brat, what makes you think that?”

Not totally convinced, but slightly reassured, Frisk decided to give Toriel a chance. They were hungry, and their pants and briefs were itchy and uncomfortable. They had forgotten their situation thanks to their win at Toriel’s quiz, but now, they remembered they had an accident in front of the lady.

“Sorry for… I mean sorry for that” They said thinking what they were talking about was obvious.

“You know, accidents happen with youths, even with monsters. I had children, and such events occurred more than once. I understand it is embarrassing, but it is not the end of the world and no one should be mean for you because of that. Is it why you thought you were a brat and were going to be eaten?

The kid shrugged their shoulders, they hadn’t thought this way, and said “I guess so ?”

“It is not something you do on purpose right ? You didn’t control it, that’s why it is called an accident, and it happens with older kids than you. So are you a brat for doing something that can be annoying but not on purpose?”

“I guess no…” Frisk looked at their feet.

“Good reasoning, now how about I bake you a nice little pie? I am sure you are starving right now isn’t it ?”

Starving, in the context it would surely mean “hungry as hell” so Frisk answered “Yeah, can you make food in that place? It is dark to do gardening isn’t it ?”

“We have our ways…”

Frisk and Toriel headed home. She didn’t show the many traps and puzzles of the ruins, nor directly bought the supplies for her butterscotch-cinnamon pie, getting the kid new clothes was the priority.
