Content: I stumbled across a new book called A Pinch of Salt by Mildred Downs. It is about some researchers who are into omorashi and discover they all enjoy the same things. While fictional, the characters ring true and the interactions are believable.
Along with omorashi, the story goes into messing, bedwetting, diapers and pull-ups, group sex and even a scene in a funeral parlor. It also features a happy ending. I found it on Amazon, but here's the address of the publisher. abdiscovery.com.au
I could relate how the characters got into the fetish. It's a very good read, I give the book 4 stars.

There was a thread about abdl literature that discussed books, bibliography and what not by various printing houses in another section. It was quite active. I left a similar message there. Being new to this site, I let this post ride for two reasons: 1) I don't know how to delete the post, and 2) I was curious about how the mods like yourself handled rule breakers.

In any event, a Story Book sticky would benefit this site. You have a great idea there and I can't wait to see it happen.
