Content: Hey all, I am not really totally sure where this is going. I hope you like it not exactly going for accuracy in regards to some aspects, comments and constructive critique appreciated.

Chapter 1:

Alex and Isabella had been living together since the start of the school year, they had just finished high school, and started university her studying nursing and him doing business. They weren’t together, no, they were step brother and sister. Their parents worked overseas with an international development organization and had left their house behind when they married moved to Africa when the kids were 7. Alex’s dad had passed away not long after he was born and the same had happened to Bella’s mom, their parents had met at a support group for widowed parents. *Their grandparents had looked after it as a rental property until Alex and Isabella came home for college now he and Bella had lived together for their first semester.

They had been close growing up, after their parents were married they became just like biological brother and sister might be they argued they had fun all of the normal things. While their parents work took them all over Africa, after 5th grade they were both sent to get a North American education at a boarding school in Germany. At school they became closer. They had both been on the swim team and got to travel together, they tended to sit together on busses and planes when they went to meets. Their parents had always instilled in them that they should stick together. T Their parents had come home for the summer and helped them to get settled, buying furniture for and decorating their rooms in the house, and helping them get cars. Their parents’ salaries enabled them to provide well for their children and both kids had college funds since they were born so Alex and Isabella were able to live quite comfortably.

They had both made the university’s swim team and were at practice together daily. They emerged from the changing rooms and got in Alex’s car to go home. “How was your day?” Alex asked.

“Oh fine, I had a geriatric care class and then studied for a midterm in chemistry it’s a light day on lectures.” Bella responded, as she braided her damp strawberry blonde hair into a long braid down her back.

“What do you learn about in geriatric care? how to push a wheel chair?” Alex laughed, knowing it was more than that but still.

“Well it’s a lot more than that, the prof was actually saying that if we pass the course well and then take an extra practical exam we’ll be able to start working as nurses in a nursing home, we can’t give out medication or anything of that sort but it’s experience in the field.”

“Cool, I guess,” Alex said dismissively.

Over the course of the semester they both studied and went to practice, there were a few meets and they both did well academically and athletically. Due to their pursuits neither really spent a lot of time with anyone else besides their fellow swimmers. They were now both in study mode, preparing for finals. The last swim meet of the year had been the past weekend and their school had taken the regional title. Alex had just gotten home from his second to last exam and was getting ready to prepare for his last one when Bella came into his room. “Alex, this is a little weird but could you help me with something?”

“What’s up Iz?” Alex was the only one who could call her Iz or Izzy, everyone else could call her Bella or her full name.

“Well it’s a little weird you don’t have to say yes.”

“well you have to ask if you want an answer,” Alex kind of just wanted to start studying.

“ Well, remember how a while back I told you about my geriatric care class?”

“Yeah I think”

“Well the practical exam is tomorrow so I can work at a nursing home this summer.”

“Ok,” Alex had one eyebrow raised questioningly.

“Well there’s one thing I haven’t had a chance to practice yet,” Bella looked a little embarrassed at this point.

“Ok,” Alex was getting a little perturbed and hoped she wouldn get on with it.

“I need to know how to change a diaper.”

“I don’t see the problem, you’ve changed all kinds of diapers, you have been babysitting for years,” Alex still wasn’t sure what she was getting at.

“I know, I know the basic premise, but a fully grown adult is different.”

“I still don’t see how I can help with that.”

“Well, tomorrow I have to do it on a dummy, but I obviously don’t have one of those around the house, I…” She hesitated “I was wondering if you’d be my dummy, just for tonight.”

“You’re saying you want to put an adult diaper on me?”

“If you wouldn’t mind terribly, yes that’s what I’m saying”

“I don’t know, I mean, you’re my sister, I can’t let you see me you know uh… down there” Alex started to turn red.

“Well first off, we’re step-siblings, and second, I’m a medical professional”

“You’re about 1/4 of a medical professional you have 3 more years before you’re a medical professional, and we’ve been brother and sister since we were 7”

“Please Alex, I need to pass this practical to work this summer, I need to get work experience”

“I don’t know, what if something got out?”

“Please, I promise nothing would ever get out, how could anyone find out?”

“I still don’t know Izzy could I wear a speedo or something?”

“Part of the practical exam has to do with anatomy, I don’t know if that will help me much”

“Fine, I’ll do it,” Alex relented.

“Can you come down to the living room, I have the supplies down there.”

He reluctantly got up from his desk and followed Bella downstairs.

Scattered around the family room was a blanket spread on the floor, along with what Alex knew to be wipes, some kind of ointment and a large pack of adult diapers as well as a pair of gloves. “Ok sir, please lay down”

“Ok pretty lady” Alex said in a raspy old man voice, as he lay down gingerly on the blanket like an elderly person might. He heard the snap of the medical gloves as Bella pulled them on. Alex started to undo his belt.

“I’m supposed to do that,” Bella said slightly annoyed, “Can you please just play the part, you’re basically supposed to be an invalid.”

“Sorry, it’s been a while since I got diapered last,” Alex said sarcastically. Without saying anything else Isabella set to work. First she undid Alex’s belt, then the button and zipper of the khaki shorts he wore. She then lifted his legs in the air and pulled his shorts off of his legs. She was unfazed at seeing Alex in his boxer briefs, they were longer than what he wore swimming, but she was a little nervous as she slipped her gloved hands into the waistband and pulled down his boxers. They both turned red at Alex being naked from the waist down, but Isabella set to work like the "medical professional" she had professed to be, she applied lotion and then powder.

“Pull your knees up to your chest” Alex acquiesced and she did the same to his behind and slipped the diaper beneath him “you can put your legs down now. He did so and she pulled the diaper up between his legs, fastening it tightly around his waist, “All done.” Alex sat up and tried to put his legs together.

“It’s really thick,” Alex made a move to take the diaper off

“Don’t take it off,” Bella said.

“Huh, why not, you put it on me no problem, besides I have to go to the bathroom.”

“Well I need to learn how to change one, not just put one one. There’s a bit of a difference”

“Izzy you don’t seriously mean I have to use it?”

“Well it would help me a lot, please Alex?” Alex was fidgeting on the blanket now his legs splayed out.

“Please, I need to go.”

“Good, then go!” Bella poked him in the stomach and Alex blushed as the wetness indicator on the adult diaper started to fade.

“Happy now? Can you please get me out of this thing”

“Don’t worry, just lay back,” Alex did as requested. “It’s a good thing you shave for swimming that makes this a lot easier.” Bella undid Alex’s flooded diaper, and was met by a much smaller occupant than the last time. She wiped him clean and pulled the wet diaper out from under him. Alex tried to sit up after the wet diaper was out from under him, but Bella pushed him back down to the floor. “I told you I have to change a diaper, not just take it off of you.” *She pushed his knees into his chest and slid a dry diaper beneath him, added ointment and powder taping the diaper shut tightly. “I’ll help you get it off later, but really why bother to waste it, it’s a damn good diapering job if I do say so myself.” She said looking Alex up and down in just his t-shirt and diaper.

“Fine, I’ll leave it on, but I’m not gonna wet it, I’ll take it off when I need to go again.”

Content: I have an edit to make to the story, making it flow better, I had taken the sex out of it after a negative reaction on another site but I cannot edit it here.
