Content: This is my first story I have written and would love some feedback! The premise for this story literally came from a dream I had and I couldnt help but write a story. Enjoy!

Chapter 1:

Jay woke up with a smile on his face and a pep in his step today. Because today was special! Jay had looked forward to going to college for years now, it’s practically all he could think about while in High school. His high school years were torture, he didn’t have very many friends and was picked on here and there for just being himself. Jay was a nerd, he loved video games, anime, fantasy and basically anything that would prevent him from talking to girls while in high school. But that’s okay! Because Jay knew he was just being himself and wouldn’t change just to be popular. But Jay was especially excited for college for a multitude of reasons. One being an opportunity to maybe talk to more girls and get a girlfriend. Two being a chance to make tons of more friends that are into the same things as he is, and a third being a chance to move out of his parents house and have privacy for once! The third being the biggest reason to look forward to college, because Jay had a secret that he was overjoyed to participate in private now..

Jays secret made sense when you knew about his bed wetting he endeared throughout his teenage years. He absolutely loved diapers! He loved the way they felt and looked on him. He would look forward to the mornings he would wake up with a wet sheets because he knew his mom would make him wear goodnight to bed the next night, and every night till he woke up dry. He grew up on the internet and would look forward ABDL diapers to buy for himself, and dream that he would have a girlfriend that would be his mommy and make him wear diapers when he was told too! So just the thought that now he could order diapers to the dorm and wear them filled him with joy. Although the thought of explaining his diaper obsession to a women terrified him, so he knew the diaper of having a “mommy” was just a pipe dream.

The college Jay decided to attend wasn’t a large one, probably not much bigger than a community college. But it was the perfect location about a hour away from his home. The college was one where it seemed like every one knew everyone else roughly. Jay got himself unpacked in the largest dorm on campus, and CO-ED as well!

Jays first few weeks of college went off without a hitch. His classes were going well, he joined a few social clubs around gaming and anime discussions, and best of all, he was making friends left and right in class and in his clubs as well! He was on top of the world and decided it was time.. He went online and ordered the babiest ABDL diapers he could find. The thrill of ordering the diapers alone filled him with a feeling like he was about to burst! So when the day the diapers arrived, he was elated! Jay had lucked out by getting a room to himself due to a medical procedure he had when he was a child, so it seemed like the universe wanted him in diapers! He slid one diaper out of its large package and put it on. It was like heaven! Light, fluffy, calming all at once! He couldn’t believe how comfortable they were. He had only work goodnites up until this moment and those were nothing compared to a real ABDL diapers! He wet them, messed them, squabbled around like a baby and all was right with the world!

Chapter 2:

A few weeks had passed since Jay had received his first pack of ABDL diapers. By the second week he had ordered two whole cases of cloth backed diapers. He discovered that he much prefers cloth back diapers because that is what he had grown up with. Jay had decided that is was about time he went onto campus while wearing a diaper. Even the thought of it made it shutter and piss his diaper, but after a second thought, the excitement the idea presented was overwhelming. He had sense though, he knew to cover up and make sure not to pass his kink onto others who did not want to participate. So he put on a diaper, jeans on top and a slightly larger short then normal to make sure his waistband was covered, and he was off..

Jay decided that a good place to start would be one of his larger classes with lots of people so that no one would notice the crinkling happening between his legs. So he was off to Biology 102. The class was a large lecture hall with roughly 60 students spread out. Jay was never much one for sitting up in front, so he decided to get to class early, and sit in the back in his usual seat. He was the first one there. As all the students were shuffling in, he couldn’t help but wonder if anyone would notice his thick diaper. But in truth, one would have to know what a diaper bulge looks like and actively stare at his but, so he wasn’t too worried.

“Hey Jay! How’s it hanging?” Said a voice from the row behind him

Jay turns around and notices that it is his friend and classmate Sarah.

Sarah was a nursing major and was a junior, the only reason she’s in the Gen Ed class was because she needed some extra science credits and this was the perfect easy A type course.

Sarah was a tall beautiful brunette who was surprisingly a bit of a nerd. That’s how she became friends with Jay. He was wearing a Demon Slayer shirt one day early in the semester and commented how much she enjoyed the show, and Jay instantly made a female friend. Which he wasn’t sure, but may have been his first!

“What’s up Sarah! It’s hanging ya know? Haha just living life day by day” said Jay

“I feel that haha, I am not looking forward to this class today, I’m so fucking tired” complained Sarah

“Tell me about it, I couldn’t fall to sleep for shit last night, probably my own fault, stayed up watching anime for a good while” Jay laughed

He also forgot to mention it was because he was in a super wet diaper and just didn’t want to change, but definitely not appropriate for this conversation. But the thought did make him remember that he was currently in a super babish thick diaper currently.

“Oh nice! I stayed up and watched some as well, but my boyfriend came over after and he kept me up all night” Sarah said and blushed.

“Ohhh Sarah out here getting her some, hell yea”

Sarah just laughed that off with a blushed face.

Sarah continued and said “Hey, you mind if I sit down there and next to you? You take way better notes than me and I need your expertise”

Jay swallowed and felt like he was sweating. All he could do was think about what if she saw his diaper or heard it?! No, he thought he needed to face his fear! I mean, how could she know?

“Yea! That’s cool, come on over!” Jar said enthusiastically

So Sarah sat right next to him as the professor walked in and started teaching.

About half the class was asleep and the other half was barely paying attention, and mainly talking to their friends.

Halfway through the lecture, Jay felt the urge to pee. Which normally wouldn’t be that big of a deal, but Jay had been conditioning letting his bladder go when he was in a diaper. He thought to himself “Oh god please no! Not right next to Sarah!” Before he finished his thought, the battle was lost. And worse off, the professor had finished his sentences there was a dead silence on the air when he started peeing.

*PISSSSSSSSSSSSS* it was much louder than he expected, not enough for the class to hear, but….

“Hey; you hear that?” Mumbled sarah

“Hear what? I didn’t hear anything!” Jay said fast with what he thought was sweet on his face

“I could have sworn I just heard like a peeing sound?! But that couldn’t be it” Sarah said with an odd look on her face.

“Hmmm that’s weird, maybe someone around here just had a long fart haha” Jay said nervously

“Haha yea maybe” Sarah said while looking Jay from top to bottom

The lecture finished about 30 minutes later and Jay thought he was in the clear. He got up and noticed how thick his diaper got immediately, he didn’t think he peed that much, but this diaper was almost full to the brim! He also noticed the pee smell was overwhelming and just prayed Sarah didn’t smell it. They walked out of the lecture hall together and Sarah stopped Jay

“Hey, I know you are new to campus here being a freshman and all, but can I show you a part of campus I’m sure you haven’t seen?” Sarah’s said

Jay was excited by the opportunity to hang out with sarah. All they had ever done was shoot the shot during class. But he couldn’t help but wonder about the diaper he was wearing, he didn’t want her to see and find out his secret. But ultimately he decided to go with Sarah and get over it

“Hell yea, lead the way” Jay said

They walked to the other side of campus to the Poof building. This was one of the largest buildings on campus and was used for the nursing program.

“What are we doing here? I know this building!” Jay said.

“Be patient! I got to show you something inside, don’t be a baby!”

Jay stayed silent and just blushed at that.

They walked in the building and head straight to the elevator. She clicks the S5 floor, and had to type in a passcode for the elevator to even start heading to the floor. The door closes and Jay is wildly nervous. What could she be showing him?can she smell my wet diaper right now? Why take me here today?

The elevator opens and Jay is struck. He looks around and sees a nursery! And not just any nursery, an adult nursery. Multiple changing tables, 3 cribs with people in them, toys everywhere, baby print everywhere and diapers everywhere. And not to mention, multiple attractive nursing students changing diapers, playing and feeding what looked to be about 6 students.

Jay was stuck, he couldn’t move. He honestly couldn’t believe what he was looking at!

“Wha, what is this place?” Jay said in a terrified tone

“This is the project poof room!” Sarah said with enthusiasm in her voice

“Jay, look at me. You can go head and drop those pants now, you aren’t fooling me”

Jay shuttered “What are you talking about? I’m not pulling my pants dow..” Before he even finished his sentence, Sarah rolled her eyes and with a smile on her face pulled his pants down to reveal a soaking wet diaper!

Jay went numb and his face went red.

Sarah looked up and grabbed the front of his diaper with her hand “Ahh, just as I expected, you are soaking wet! Follow me now”

Sarah grabbed his hand and started marching down to a changing table.

“I’m sure you are wondering more about this place, well this is where students like you come to relax, or just get their diapers changed by the nursing students here!” Sarah said

“But, but why?” Jay mumbled

“Well it all started about 15 years ago when professor Dawn over there decided it would be a good idea for nursing and child care students get some practice” she said as she pointed to a large women sitting in a office over in the far corner of the room.

She continued “Her husband was like you, and have a fascination with diapers, and she soon discovered that there were lots of students like you around”

They reached one of the changing tables

“Alright hop up, Its time to change that wert diaper of yours!” Sarah said while tapping the top of the changing table.

“What?! No! I don’t need a change, I barely know what’s going on!” Jay yelled, which caught the attention of the whole room.

“Okay okay, calm down! Do you need to make a mess in your diaper as well?” Sarah said

“No!!” Jay yelled

“Well then how about you hop up on here and let me change your wet diaper” Sarah said with a light chuckle

Jay gave in and hopped up on the changing table. He was filled with embarrassment, excitement, joy, and terror all at the same time. How did he end up in this situation?! A question he will never receive an answer too, the only thing he can do is enjoy it.

Sarah proceeded to un-tape his diaper and pull it open to reveal the mess inside. The diaper was soaking wet and powder was everywhere. She proceeded to say:

“Well look at that, you are a soaked mister! And look at that wee wee!”

Jay covered his face because he knew he was not well hung. He was only about 3 inches hard.

“Aweee don’t be embarrassed! Lots of you Abdls have small wee wee’s, and honestly I like them like that, my boyfriend isn’t much bigger than you, only exception is he doesn’t wear big diapers like you” she said with a wink.

He started to get hard after that and she took notice. “Well lookie here, someone likes getting their diaper changed!” She said as she grabbed a hold of his penis.

She proceeded to wipe him clean from all the pee and powder. She then slid a new diaper under him after asking him which one he wanted. They had every diaper he could possibly imagine there and choose a cloth back diaper. She slid it under him and then put a ton of diaper paste on his butt and surrounding his balls. Then to top it all off, a ton of powder. She then taped up the diaper and gave Jay his pants back.

“Well now, doesn’t that feel better” she said while tapping on his diapered butt.

“I guess so..” he mumbled with a smile creeping on his face.

“Alright, now that you are out of your stinky diaper and nice and clean, how about we go talk to Professor Dawn about signing you up for this program!” Sarah said.

“Well I guess so, but only if you come with” he said, with a smile finally on his face.

Sarah grabbed Jay by the hand and started to walk him to Professor Dawns office. He was in nothing but a T-shirt and a thick cloth backed diaper on.

Sarah knocks on the door “Hey professor! This is Jay, I think he would be very interested in hoping the program!”

Professor Dawn was a large women with a bubbly personality. She looked to to be in her mid to late 50s, but hard to tell due to her weight.

“Well it sure does look like it! Aren’t you just so adorable! How about you come over here and let old professor Dawn take a look at you!” The professor said

Jay reluctantly walks over to her and before he knew it, she patted him on the bottom, picked him up and sat him on her lap! Jay didn’t know what to think, all he knew is that deep down he loved it!

“Looks like someone is still dry!” The professor said

Sarah spoke up before Jay could respond

“Oh I took care of him before I brought him in here, you should have heard his excuse when I heard him peeing in class haha. He’s definitely a super soaker, I can only imagine how big of a mess he can make in a diaper! I think he would

be perfect for the program!”

“Sarah, you truly are one of the best! Always spotting future subjects out and about! And thank you for changing him! Did she treat you well honey?” Professor Dawns stated staring at Jay.

“Ye. Yes she did, I’ve never had my diaper changed, and she was very gentle” Jay said

“Sarah really is one of the best” the professor continues

“So, I’m sure you are wondering all about the program! Let me lay it all out for you and see if you would be interested!”

“That sounds fine” Jay said with a smile on his face.

“So to start off, this program is run by multiple departments on campus, with multiple studies being conducted. The nursing department, child care, and psychology department to name of few”

Jay was shocked to discover how many studies are being done, but it all makes sense.

Professor Dawn continues

“This project has multiple participants so far, about a total of 9, but you would make a tenth!”

“To be in the study, you must follow some strict rules that will be enforced and if not followed, will result in a termination from the program.”

Jay shuttered to hear the rules

“The rules are as follows:

You must be diapered 24/7. No toilet use what so ever!
You do not have the autonomy to change your own diapers. In each building there is a changing room with a nursing student staffing at all times. They will change your diapers and keep you dry!
To continue on the second rule, in your dorm you will have a senior student assigned to you for all your baby needs, and you will move into a special room where you will live with them. You can think of this student as your mommy if you like to make it easier.
You must come to the Project poof room out there at least once a week for a night so that other student and lab assistants may watch and analyze your behavior for their respective studies.
Any breaking of these rules will result in a punishment at first, of which your dorm “mommy” may dish out as she pleases. And if you continue to break the rules, you will be terminated from the study”
Proffesor Dawn continues “All supplies will be provided for you by the university. You will have your choice in diapers, onsies, toys, etc”

Jay listened to all the rules and ran all the pros and cons in his head. This was his dream! He couldn’t have wanted anything else, but at the same time, his autonomy is gone with one signature. What would happen to his friends if they discover wha the signed up for, do he ever have a chance to get laid being a diaper baby? And so many more questions. But ultimately he knew what his decision was from the start.

“So, what do you think? Would you like to become the next participant in project poof little baby?” Professor Dawn said while she lifted up jays shirt and tickled his belly

Jay says with laughter in his voice “Yes I think I would professor Dawn!”

“Well that settles it! Welcome to Project poof. And from now on, it’s Mommy Dawn to you!” Mommy Dawn said with a smile her face

“So, first things first, I need to know what form you are staying in and notify your new keeper that you will be heading her way!” Mommy Dawn asked

“I’m staying in Boyd Hall” jay murmured

“Ohhh your in luck! You’ll be assigned to Stelle! She’s one of the most experienced program assistants and currently doesn’t have anybody assigned to her, so you’ll get her full undivided attention!” Mommy Dawn said

“That sounds nice!” Jay said enthusiastically

“Sarah, will you take this here baby to see Stelle in Boyd Hall?” Mommy Dawn said

“Will do boss!” Sarah’s said

Mommy Dawn picks Jay back up, put his pants over his diaper and gives his hand to Sarah. Jay is still in shock, his whole college experience just got turned upside down in the matter of a hour. Was it turned upside down for the best? Or worst? That’s yet to be discovered…

Chapter 4

Jay was lead out of the project poof room and practically frozen still from the events of the past hour.

“Alright honey, let’s get you to your new mommy, pop I mean assistant haha” Sarah said

They walk outside and make it back to Jays Dorm at Boyd Hall. Sarah walks him in, still holding his hand and marches him to elevator where they go to the very top floor. This floor was exclusively for seniors, and the rooms were practically luxury apartments from the rumors Jay had heard from his friends in the dorm. They reach the floor and march down the right to the very last door and Sarah knocks..

Stelle answers the door. Stelle was 22 and drop dead gorgeous in Jays eyes. She was 6ft tall, blonde, large breasts, and could honestly be a super model.

Jay bends down his head in embarrassment, he didn’t expect her to be so gorgeous and his face went bright red.

“Hey Stelle! This is Jay! Your new baby!” Sarah said while pushing Jay in front of her

Stelle bends down a little, looks at Jay and said “Well aren’t you just adorable! I can’t wait for us to have so much fun!”

“Professor Dawn called me just a few minutes ago and told me you were coming! I heard this one is a super soaker! Haha” Stelle said with a light chuckle.

“Oh yes he is, I’ve already changed one of his diapers, and if I had to guess, he’s already wet again” Sarah said

Jay knew she as right, but didn’t want to admit it

“No I’m not!” Jay said with a pouty face

“Well I’ll be the judge of that now! Now come on in baby. I’ll see you in class Sarah!”

“Ill see ya there” Sarah said as she walked off

Jay walked into the room, there was a giant crib in the corner with a changing table right next to it. Diapers everywhere, toys everywhere, and a closet full of baby clothes. Jay was in heaven and he knew it.

Stelle looks at him and said “Welcome home! We are going to have so much fun!” She then bends down and start to take off all of Jays clothes!

“Well Sarah was right, you are already wet again! Looks like I’m in for it when it comes to diaper changes. But you aren’t ready for a change just yet”

She continues “Alright now, let me lay down the rules. I’m sure mommy Dawn already have you the program rules, but here are mine. Whenever you are in this room, you are a baby, completely, you will not talk back, wear onesies or nothing but a diaper. You will refer me as mommy as well! And you will sleep in your crib! That’s not to say you won’t have the opportunity to lay in the big bed with me from time to time.”

Jay was excited by the thought to lay next to her. He started to get hard just thinking about it. All the sudden, Jays stomach starts to turn. He had a large breakfast and lunch and hadn’t gone poop yet.

“Do you understand the rules so far baby?”

“Yes mommy! But I do have a question!” Jay said

“What a quick learner, and of course, what do you have to ask?” Stelle said

“What will happen to all my cloths and stuff in my dorm room?” Jay asked

“Ohhh I already cleared out your room! We had a few lab assistants clean out your room and take all the stuff to me as soon as your joined the program.” She continued

“All your clothes are in that locked closet over there and will only be accessed by me when dressing you to go to class or when we go the dining hall for dinner on occasion. You’ll will primarily be eating all your meals here where I will feed you!”

“Okay mommy” Jay said

All of the sudden, jays stomach rumbles and he felt it coming, he knew this would have to happen eventually when he signed up, but not this quick and in front of his new mommy. He slightly bends over and lets it rip. This is one of the biggest poops he has ever had. He was saving it for when he got back to his room in private, but that was all thrown out the window at this point.

“Oh wow baby! Someone really had to go, look at how much there is! I haven’t seen a diaper that full since I first signed up to be an assistant in this program!”

Jays face went bright red and went to run to the corner and sit. All the emotions were flowing in him at the moment. Shame, guilt, pleasure, all at the same time. The room was filling up quick with the smell of the nasty diaper, but Jay could help but hide in embarrassment.

Stelle walks over and sits right next to him and starts rubbing his back.

“Awee it’s alright baby! There’s nothing to be embarrassed about, baby’s poop their diapers and it perfectly natural!” Stelle said in a comfortable tone

“Now how about I change you out of the stinky diaper baby, huh?”

Jay looks up with tears in his eyes and nods in agreement. Stelle proceeds to pick him up and carry home from his wet and messy diaper. She was much stronger than she looked, no doubt from her experience in the program. She carries him to the changing table and lays him down softly.

“Alright now, let’s get you cleaned up! I heard from professor Dawn that your prefer cloth backed diapers, so I am all stocked up on Try Agians and Lil comforts”

Jay knew exactly what diapers she was referring to because they were his favorites. Stelle opens up his diaper, it was full to the brim of poop and smeared all around from where he sat down in it.

“Oh boy! What a messy diaper! And stinky too!” She then takes wipes of the package and starts cleaning up. No gloves, or mask, just like a real mommy would. Once clean, Jay was hard as a rock, not saying much since it was barely 3 inches hard, but hard nonetheless.

“Awee someone likes getting his diaper changed don’t you?!” Stelle says in a mommy tone.

“Well you’re in luck, I know that you are a baby, but you are also 18 and have needs. I will give you permission to make cummies from time to time, but definitely not at your leisure!”

Stelle grabs some lotion and starts going to town, up and down, up and down she goes for a solid 60 seconds before jay shoots his load.

“What a good baby making cummies for mommy!”

Jay could barely breathe, this was the first sexual interaction with a girl and it happened with a diaper under his bottom. He didn’t know what to think.

Stelle then continued cleaning, applying diaper rash cream and powder all over his junk before she taped up his clean diaper

“No need to thank me, that’s what I’m here for! Now how about we put you in a onsie and lay you down for a nap, how does that sound?” Stelle asked

Stelle goes to the closet, picks out a onsie with elephants on it and put it on him. Before he knew what was next, she picks him up, walks him to his crib and lays him down.

“Here you go baby! You have a nice nap okay?” Stelle said while laying a blanket over him

“Yes mommy” Jay mumbled while closing his eyes

Jay couldn’t wait to see what else was to come!

Jay awoke groggy. He rubbed his eyes and started to look around the room. This was a difficult task however, as the crib was so large and locked from the outside, so he couldn’t escape. He heard a door open and here came Stelle wearing nothing but a towel wrapped around her, and a towel in her hair. Jay whimpered and Stelle took notice.

“Aweee is my baby awake? Did you have a good nap honey?” She said as she unlocked the crib

“I did! but what time is it? There are no clocks in here.” Jay said

“There are no clocks in here that you can see, you don’t need to know what time it is, that’s my job now. I will be taking care of your schedule and decide when you eat, sleep, and attend class” Stelle said

She continued “Now let’s get you up, if you have to know, it’s 6:30, and time for some dinner!” As she said that, she proceeded to take Jay out of his onsie and check his diaper

“Ohhh someone is wet, let’s get you cleaned up” She lifted Jay up and took him to the changing table, and as she placed him down, her towel fell down. Jay averted his eyes immediately out of respect.

“No need to look away honey! We are going to be living together for a good while and I’ve seen your tiney pee pee, so it’s only fair haha” she continued “And if your very good, you might get a chance to feed on my breasts!”

Stelle came back in the room, her hair was still wet and was wearing some booty shorts with a large old Star Wars t-shirt, so it looked as if she wasn’t wearing pants at all.

“You’re a Star Wars fan?!” Jay asked

“Of course! My dad made me watch them with him when I was a kid and I grew to be a massive fan! I heard from Sarah that you are quite the nerd!” Stelle said

“Admittedly I am, I live all things fantasy, sci-fi and video games” Jay said enthusiastically

“Well it sound like we are going to have to have some Star Wars nights!” Stelle said

She continued “Alright, now, let’s get you dressed and ready for dinner.”

Stelle picked up Jay and led him to his closet of clothes. Jay stood there naked with nothing but his diaper on. Stelle first pulled out a plain black onsie first to hold up jays diaper. She then pulled out a pair of jeans and a t shirt and put it on him. Jay looked in the mirror and couldn’t help but notice the massive diaper bulge. Stelle then grabbed jays hand and led him out the door.

“Alright honey, let’s go get some food in the dining hall. I got all your food money and will decide what you eat and drink, and I won’t hear any talk back about what I feed you! So don’t even try it! Got it?” Stelle said firmly

“Got it mommy” Jay said

So they were off. Stelle held Jays hand the whole way to the dining hall on the other side of campus. Jay couldn’t help but notice the looks he got. He didn’t think the diaper was the obvious, but who knows. They arrived at the dining hall to find it packed. It was dinner time, so this was to be expected. They had about every food you could find, from pizza, burgers, chicken, tacos, and lots of healthy food as well. Jay had been accustomed to eating pretty unhealthy, much to his dismay. Stelle had other plans, she grabbed two plates and headed right to the healthy line. She filled Jays plate with a chicken breast, multiple vegetables and rice.

“I’m not really a fan of anything on my plate mommy” Jay said softly as he could so that no one could hear.

“What did I say about your food?” Stelle said firmly and loudly

“Shhh mommy, people can hear!” Jay said

Both Jay and Stelle arrived back at the dorm and immediately went to Stelles room. Upon entry Stelle stopped Jay and stripped him down to nothing but his diaper. She grabbed Jay by the hand and led him over to the changing table where she bent him down and pulled down his diaper.
