WETTING THE BED AT NIGHT
I have been having really bad scary dreams at night. Last night I had a dream that was really scary and I had wet the bed. I had gone to the bathroom before I went to bed. And two hours of being in a really good deep sleep I had woken up to a very wet bed.
When I wake up I cannot remember the dream. This has been happening with the bad scary dreams for almost three months now that includes wetting the bed at night too. I do not even want to let any of my family members know about it because I am so very upset about wetting the bed.
I cannot even help it at night. I go to the bathroom before I go to bed and I do not even drink before I go to sleep at night. At least I am not the only one out there that has a bed wetting problem.
I have read some of the stories on this web site and some of the stories were very mean and cruel about about how the parents punished there children for wetting the bed or their pants. They cannot help it and they are still learning.
I love you just as much as I love myself and it is ok to have accidents at night until your body matures. That is what I tell children who I work with. It is going to be ok, I am not mad at you for having an accident, it just happens and you will grow out of it.
I keep telling myself that I would eventually stop wetting the bed. If I do not then I will find a therapist to go and talk to them about the problems of having really bad scary dreams.
I also have a lower back injury and I am in chronic severe pain all the time and it never goes away. And I am on medications for the severe chronic pain. But I am still having really bad scary dreams and I still wet the bed. I am 30 years old I should not be having really bad scary dreams and wetting the bed.
I wish that this would all stop. I am so tired of getting up every night to change the sheets because I had wet the bed. It is happening every night. I had one dry night last night and I am so happy and I hope that it continues that way.
