Content: This morning started like many others. My wife and I sat on the balcony, sipping coffee together. I was wearing a loose t-shirt and my usual protection — a diaper she’s well aware of. She's always been accepting, even encouraging me to wear, especially for "those little accidents."

Until now, I had never fully used it around her. A few playful leaks, maybe, but never for real.

But something about the calm sun, the quiet of the street, and the comfort of her presence made me feel safe. So I let a little go. Just a bit. She didn't seem to notice — or maybe she did and chose not to react. Either way, it felt… good. Intimate. Like I’d taken a small, real step.

After coffee, she stayed inside, busy with her routine. I moved to my desk, still in the same diaper, now gently damp. As I focused on my screen, the need returned. I let go again — more this time. The warmth was intense, but suddenly I felt it: wetness on my leg.

I looked down in shock. My shirt was damp. A small puddle had started to form. Somehow, I hadn't positioned myself properly — and the leak had gone right past the padding. My heart raced.

She was still home.

I panicked for a moment, quickly cleaned up, and changed into a dry t-shirt. I left the diaper on. I wasn’t ready to end the experience yet — not after that rush of vulnerability.

I had errands to run, so I headed out with the same diaper, now about halfway used.

At the market, standing in line for tomatoes and bread, the need came again. Slowly, carefully, I let it happen. No leaks this time — just that quiet inner thrill of control giving way, and the secret knowledge that only I knew what was happening. It felt strangely peaceful.

On the walk home, I felt another wave. This time, I didn't wait. I let it go as I walked, pausing only once near my gate when I felt a thin trickle escape. My diaper was clearly nearing capacity. I looked around — no one was there.

Back inside, as I set the groceries down, I felt the pressure shift again — and I gave in. Completely. No hesitation. I stood still and let nature take its course.

There’s no need for detail here — only to say it was full, both physically and emotionally.

Afterward, I took a long shower. Not out of guilt, not in shame — but as a quiet reset. I felt empty, grounded, strangely proud. I’d gone further than ever before. Real vulnerability. Real release. Real me.

It wasn't fantasy anymore.
