Content: Many years ago, a young ADISC member challenged us all to a Halloween spooky story writing contest. As it turned out, he and I were the only two to participate, me with "Going Home". Since then I've tried to produce a scary, AB/DL Halloween story every so often. This year's story is "The Odd Fellows Home: A Cold and Wet Halloween Story". I apologize that it's late. It turned out to be a novella, 34,000 words long....sigh. I tried to write it in the old Cinema Noir detective style. The story takes place in an old haunted mansion that's been converted by its new owners. The people who enter may go in as adults, but it's not how they leave...boo-wah-hah.

It's mostly an AB/DL story so I think it would resonate any time of the year though it does take place in late October. If you're home alone on Halloween night and want to read about those who wear diapers and might commune with the occasional ghost; have fun.
