I've been exploring diapers not just for comfort or necessity, but as a way to connect with vulnerability, shame, peace — and even a kind of gentle masochism.
This is a short reflection I wrote recently. It's a personal experience, told poetically and honestly.

[End of quote]

Sometimes, I Choose the Mud

I drink my coffee in peace. In a loose T-shirt, soft diaper already warm. My wife knows. She encourages me. It's no longer a secret ritual. But today… today I want more.

It's no longer about protection. Not even about play. It’s about something else. About letting go.

I close my eyes. I let it flow. Not just the tea I had earlier, but all the quiet shame built up in tiny gestures. There, in that damp diaper, there’s no guilt. Only honesty.

Sometimes, I go further. I let number 2 happen. Not because I have to. But because I want to feel.

It’s messy, yes. But so is mud. And people cover themselves in it and smile. They feel connected to the earth, to their body, to instinct. It’s a kind of bathing in what others would rush to get rid of.

I don’t rush. I stay there a while. In that primal warmth. In vulnerability. In the gentle masochism of an adult letting himself become... something else.

And then, like in any ritual, comes the shower. The cleansing. The return.
But something stays behind — a trace of freedom. Of truth. Of... me.
